Nothing can satisfy the Nier Automata itch - this almost came close. Story, setting, aesthetic, music and almost everything is a giant homage to Nier, and almost all of the aforementioned is an inferior copy but the combat is its one redeeming quality. It surpasses Automata's by quite a margin. Stylish, satisfying and fun. You can get the game just for that and you will have a blast. 9/10.

Rating: 4/10 TL;DR: Flashy combat with nothing else. I was originally going to give this a reluctant "Recommend" at 4/10, but looking at the price history, this game has never dropped below $40.
