how to play ghostrunner 1. load in thinking its gonna be a fun ninja game 2. realize that it is a fun ninja game 3-20. die 21. get past the tutorial level after dying 20 times 22. play the game and rage quit 8 times on the same level 23. go back the next day and beat the part you were stuck at first try 24. enjoy the movement 25. repeat steps 3-20 in every encounter

Amazingly beautiful, fun and frustrating. And the music is god tier for this type of gameplay! And it runs super smooth. A game that improved my skills in the most absurd way, and also love how you can use builds and different types of pretty swords.

There's a really idea great behind this; cyperunk/dystopia, incredibly smooth mobility, great soundtrack but its undone by more of a "very hard" platformer ala Meat Boy concept. As opposed to a game like Mirrors Edge which is relatively chill, here its 1 shot death. That means even the most basic enemy can end your run, and then you instant spawn back to the beginning of the level. So naturally you will die a lot…
