Well, it only took 5 hours to know i like this game a lot....those 5 hours were from 10:30 pm till 3:30 a.m., welllll past my normal sleep time lol. That says a lot, the combat is fun and strategic and has that 'Just one more battle....' type of gameplay loop. Exactly what I've been looking for lately. All of the turn-based strategy, none of the complexity. Simple, straightforward, occasionally difficult, rhythmic fantasy violence. I love that the loot (as in so many games) apes the 2004 World of Warcraft green/blue/purple color-coding conventions. Gather your party and venture forth!

I have played the Monsters' Den games on another site and then again here. I can say for sure that this is the weakerst title in the franchise, although it has better graphics then the previous 2. Note: the original Monsters Den is not present on Steam, you can play it elsewhere for free. Why I think so? Because for some reason it's way harder then the other ones ( I'm talking about standard and above difficulties…
