Recommended
I am not usually a fan of underwater swimming games, so I went into it not really expecting it to be for me, but I ended up having a genuinely peaceful and relaxing time with it. The whole experience has a very calm, meditative quality to it. As someone who does not normally play games like this, I honestly think ABZÛ was a great introduction to the genre, at least for me.

A vibrant, fun, artsy game that focuses absorbing the player into an experience, environment, and world. This isn't a game with a bunch of combat or even a particularly high difficulty curve. If you ever found yourself staring in awe and wonder at the world around you in Journey or Flow (and you don't have issues with underwater environments), give this game a shot. A single run won't take more than a few hours, but…

I wanted to like this game so much. But I hate it. It is extremely unclear what you're supposed to be doing. The controls are awful and confusing. It is pretty, but that's it.
