Despite a few minor flaws and a bit clunky GUI, this game offers a surprisingly deep and rewarding experience. The dynamic weather system, unit customization, and unique regional management make every playthrough feel fresh. A good game for patient strategy lovers.

Due to the way the loyalty system works at this time, it's hard to recommend this game. Also take everyone giving a positive review after only a few hours played with a serious grain of salt. The glaring single player issues of this game only become obvious later in the game, when the AI players take over your cities you thought were secure in a matter of a few turns. In this state it shouldn't even have been…
