Works on my machine. What i did: 1. Install the community patch 2. Install stereo fix from mod nexus site 3. Connect a ps4 controller with ds4 windows (Not with steam input, had problems with it) 4. Used cheats, because the combat is absolutely atrocious and not worth it. By the way, the game sucks haha. I just play it because i'm a Silent Hill completionist.

I'm a huge Silent Hill fan and wanted to play thru them all, but damn.. this might just be the worst game ever. Unappealing environments, horrible storyline, and THE MOST dogshit controls imaginable. Dodge mechanic doesn't work half the time and actually sends you towards enemies, making combat truly relentless. Not to mention all the bugs, visual glitches, and crashes.
