I recommend this game fully. Having a lot of fun thus far and with the higher classes after level 5 I can see a lot of replays in the future. It plays a lot like Battle Brothers, but in a higher fantasy setting. Some of the busywork from BB has been taken away i.e. no purchasing apples anymore, reloading crossbow etc. Very excited to see where this ends up.

Not well balanced. Archers are hands down stronger than anyone else, and if you run into an enemy group that is archer heavy early on you might as well hang it up. They can fire from all the way across the battlefield, several times a round, and they are accurate. What's often not being said is that Battle Brothers relies a lot on terrain and elevation, and those things don't exist here. Battlefields are flat, which…
