I have a difficult time recommending the game based mostly on it's performance. Especially in the final area the game really just loves crashing, and there's a mostly inconsequential audio/visual glitch here and there. There's also some end game bosses that are just super cheap and virtually impossible without specific spells/builds (I genuinely rage quit at Josephine, how that got approved is insane to me). All…

Honestly, I bought this and every other Larian game on Steam just to support this amazing studio. Didn't think I would enjoy it but, I do. It's far less frustrating and obtuse than the original Baldur's Gate and less serious/depressing than Diablo. Also, infinitely exploitable. 8/10 would recommend.

the game is really dated, what broke me is that when you highlight objects, only a few give a text description (not an outline), moreover the useful ones do not appear, eg all the levers to open locked doors in the dark catacombs. It felt like a chore
