Okay... So this game is a bit of a complicated one to review. On one hand the writing and plot leave much to be desired, it's never horrible but the lore is not explained very well, in a way that this game feels like a sequel to a game that never existed. The main character isn't particularly likable and the acting ranges from meh to decent enough. However...and that being said... What the game lacks in these…

Was looking for a modern take on the classic arcade space shooter: piloting a single advanced ship against an entire army. My first impression of this game is not great as we start out piloting an NPC ship for a bit too long, that I fear less patient players would give this a pass. I get that it gives us an appreciation of how powerful the hero ship feels when we get it, but I feel like we should get access to it…

**Bought this on a deep, deep discount and it was absolutely worth it for $2.50. Otherwise, save your $25** Very fun combat mechanics that feel novel. Graphically, looks pretty cool That said... Everything else is a dumpster fire. Story is a 3/10, VA's phoning it in for their paycheck 2/10, depth of gameplay gets stale after a few hours 5/10.
