Great graphics, great artstyle. A vast improvement over the first game, Crashlands 2 provides more crafting capabilities and additional companions with improved gameplay. It is relatively consistent to the first game's gameplay loop. For quests, it may be difficult to navigate if you forgot about the next steps and locations, as the game does not guide you everytime. I wished there was support to side mouse buttons…

First part is far superior. The original game gave an incredible sense of freedom — you felt like you were alone on a vast planet, exploring and braving wild nature. This entry, however, feels like a prison. You're chained to a tiny crashpod with almost no space to explore, enjoy the world, or build a proper base and farm pets. There's a lot of whimsical design and writing, but it doesn't feel particularly engaging. Combat is basic. Overall feel is boring. And it just feels that Ill have to go through a lot more boring before i get to anything remotely interesting.
